Controller is any legal entity that is a part of the Photon Energy Group – a group of legal unities under a joint control of Photon Energy N.V., with registered seat Barbara Strozzilaan 201, Amsterdam 1083 HN, the Netherlands, registered with the Commercial registry maintained by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel), corporate number: 51447126, VAT number: NL850020827B01 (as a parent company) (hereinafter the ‘Controller’ or ‘We’). Within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter ‘Regulation’), in the course of our business, we process personal data of visitors of the Website and we process personal data of physical persons for marketing, sales and recruitment purposes (the visitors or other physical persons hereinafter ‘User’ or ‘Users’ or “You”). We are part of a group of undertakings or institutions affiliated to a central body (Photon Energy N.V.) that may have a legitimate interest in transmitting Personal Data (as defined below) within the group of undertakings for internal administrative purposes as presumed by preamble no. 48 of the Regulation.
