First payment of 8% coupon

Photon Energy Investments is today paying the first coupon forits 8% corporate bond. The bond can still be subscribed to throughthe issuer and is being traded on Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Sincetrading started in march the bond price has been stable at around100 per cent.

Photon Energy Investments, a division of global solar powersolutions and services company, Photon Energy N.V., is today payingthe first coupon to its corporate bondholders. “By paying aquarterly coupon of 8% we want to send a signal to potentialinvestors that we operate in the “sweet spot” of the solarindustry”, explained CEO Georg Hotar.“Being able to rely on long term plannable cash-flows allows usto offer investors this interesting coupon”, Hotar adds.

The corporate bond with a denomination of 1,000 EUR (ISINDE000A1HELE2) is being traded in the Open Market of the FrankfurtStock Exchange. The bond is also listed on the stock exchanges inBerlin, Hamburg and Hannover. Since its introduction into tradingthe price of the bond was stable at around 100 per cent (last price99.50). The bond can still be subscribed to through the issuer’swebpage, where interested investors will find an easy-to-use webform. The current price of the bond can be found bit.ly/1bssmFZ.

The proceeds of the issue will be used to expand Photon EnergyInvestments’ international portfolio of PV power plants incarefully selected future growth markets, such as Australia andTurkey.
