February 2018: Repayment of EUR corporate bond 2013/2018, electricity production outperformance, commitment to a seed fund in Poland

Photon Energy published its monthly investor report for February2018. Apart from closing the deal with Canadian Solar anddoubling the company’s PV project portfolio in Hungary, bothalready reported in the report from January 2018, the companyannounces electricity outperformance, corporate EUR bond repaymentand a commitment to a seed fund in Poland.

Thanks to the sunny weather in February the proprietary powerplants in the Czech portfolio produced 50% more electricity thanexpected, yet the average outperformance for the company’s globalportfolio is reported at 26.6%.

After the reporting period, on 12 March 2018 Photon Energy NVrepaid the outstanding nominal of EUR 6.553 million of its 8% EURcorporate bond 2013/18 at the end of the five-year term inaccordance with the bond conditions. The follow-on 5-year 7.75% EURcorporate bond 2017/22 can still be subscribed to via the company’swebsite.

Moreover, Photon Energy announced that it has committed toinvest up to PLN 4.8 million (EUR 1.085 million, CZK 29.342million) as the 80% lead investor in the ValueTech Seed Fund (the“Fund”) managed by Valuetech Seed Sp. z o.o. basedin Wroclaw, Poland.
