January 2021 at Photon Energy Group

In January 2021, our proprietary portfolio of PV power plants produced 2.38 GWh of electricity, an increase of 29.2 % compared to the same reporting period last year. This increase is a result of the expansion of our IPP portfolio.

We closed a long-term non-recourse project financing agreement with CIB Bank for ten proprietary PV power plants in Hungary.

We also entered into strategic partnership with Lerta, a Polish next-generation energy company, successfully leading Lerta’s second equity financing round with a PLN 4 million investment for a 12% stake, raising a total of PLN 7.5 million.

Our shares debuted on the regulated markets of the Warsaw and Prague Stock Exchanges and on the Quotation Board of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. We anticipate that the share listings on the regulated markets will help stimulate trading liquidity and diversify our investor base.
