Financial Controller

• Delivering accurate and timely financial reports and analysis to support decision-making
  
  
• Preparing monthly consolidated management accounts and variance reports for senior leadership
  
  
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in collaboration with stakeholders
  
  
• Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses, project controlling, and profitability assessments
  
  
• Supporting performance management and cost forecasting across all business lines
  
  
• Analyzing KPIs and recommend actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency
  
  
• Performing margin, cost, and ROI analyses for products, customers, and projects
  
  
• Assisting with benchmarking, trend analysis, and strategic insights for management
  
  
• Enhancing controlling tools, reporting systems, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, ERP, planning systems)
  
  
• Driving improvements in internal processes, controls, and reporting accuracy

• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, audit, business analysis, or a related field
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written) and professional-level Czech
  
  
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of SQL
  
  
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting
  
  
• Excellent analytical skills and strong numerical awareness
  
  
• Confident communicator and proactive team player
  
  
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
