Treasury Team Leader

• Leading the cash flow forecasting process and collaborating with internal teams
  
  
• Training and supporting our business units on forecasting and liquidity management
  
  
• Overseeing intercompany funding and optimising cash management
  
  
• Implementing process improvements and standardisation initiatives
  
  
• Assisting in banking landscape rationalisation and cash-pooling setup
  
  
• Leveraging Treasury Management System (TMS) for automation
  
  
• Identifying opportunities for treasury digitisation and efficiency
  
  
• Developing and maintaining treasury policy frameworks and compliance
  
  
• Supporting Treasury operations and strategic financial planning
  
  
• Collaborating with the Head of Treasury on key projects 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial management, preferably in a corporate treasury or banking environment
  
  
• Professional proficiency in Czech and English for daily communication
  
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  
  
• Expertise in cash management and payment processes (domestic and international)
  
  
• Intermediate knowledge of SWIFT formats, message types, and FX products (spot, swap), with practical application in liquidity management
  
  
• Familiarity with basic hedging structures, banking products, and lending services
  
  
• Strong understanding of bank reporting and financial documentation
  
  
• Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and a collaborative approach
